Brighton and Hove Scuba Diving Vacations

The hotel is well maintained and comfortable. We were there for four nights on some of the hottest days (and nights) of the year. The a/c was good, but my wife likes a breeze. Our request for a pedestal fan was complied with very quickly. The housekeeping staff was unobtrusive and good. We didn’t eat in at all, though the menu at the restaurant looked great! The location was great, walking distance from three tube stations. We’d stay there again, quite happily.

The apartment was great - getting in the property was tricky at first as code didn't work and property manager didn't respond but beyond that was good. the hallway and elevator was very dirty on arrival. the apartment was good though. nice size/quality

Our first time staying here and it wont be our last. It’s very clean, modern and well looked after and a perfect location. The front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful hotel with a cozy feel. Great rooms, great soundproofing, and great food.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé, avec un accès au métro (Underground) et à la gare à seulement 2 minutes à pied. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et le déjeuner est excellent. Le seul bémol est que la climatisation de la chambre était peu efficace, donc nous avons eu chaud.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before and always had a good experience. This was the first time staying with my dad, who uses a mobility scooter, and it revealed a side of the hotel I hadn’t seen — it simply isn’t set up for accessibility. There was no ramp or lift access for the scooter, so we ended up having to carry it up the stairs ourselves every time. To be fair, the hotel staff did offer to help with this on several occasions, which we appreciated. However, on one of the days, the head of guest services snapped at me and said staff couldn’t help anymore — and he was rude about it rather than just explaining the situation calmly. It was disappointing to have that attitude come from someone in a leadership role, rather than a one-off frustration from a junior staff member.

The room was extremely small even though it was a corner room. The breakfast we paid for was nice and convenient I would recommend it. The evening Starbucks team was great, very friendly and accommodating.

Friendly attentive staff; great location and clean rooms. Gym could use more equipment for weight training.
