Excellent location, very good service and very kind staff

Great stay

The lobby area is well maintained however the rooms need more care and attention. There was a lot of marks on the carpet floor , walls , and overall dust in many places. The staff were helpful I had to change from my first room due to bed bugs when I mentioned it to the receptionist Elif at reception she changed my room to the 5th floor which was better. The location is excellent we walked to majority of our places however cleanliness can be improved definitely. The concierge team are very helpful.

The location is brilliant less tham 1 km to the harbour, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The staff are so helpful especially Murat. The Terrace view is spectacular for breakfast or evening cocktails. Would highly recommend and the pool is great after a day of sight seeing.

I love how they try to accommodate with everything and go the extra mile for your needs. My room is always prepared before hand with any requests I have. I believe a fairly new hotel but they are doing a fantastic job so far.
