There was a misunderstanding regarding checking in. I was told the check-in time was 3 PM, since I arrived around 8 AM. However, I saw some guests being checked in starting around 1 PM. I was waiting until 3 PM, so I inquired and found out my access card was already available. Yet nobody told me I could have it, even though I was waiting in the lobby next to the concierge. I could have already gone into my room to rest.

Excellent staff, so helpful with airport pick ups and drop. Friendly and polite. Room was great, very clean. Would have liked some cutlery and crockery for the kitchen that was empty

Yes, Staff was very attentive and prompt.

The staff was friendly and helpful, however the initial checking in was a but of a problem, i booked a non smoking room and we were given a converted non smoking room but unfortunately the smell was intolerable-thankfully we were goven another room, the elevator is a little slow, and the lobby bathroom is constantly locked, the rooftop bar/restaurant is beautiful but foods is mediocre 5/10. Location is spot on however.

perfect location, unit was very clean, spot less, kerl property manager was very attentive, very efficient, responds right away with all questions and needs. highly recommendable.
