Room was clean

Cleanliness of the Townhouse, and in particular the room was excellent. Complimentary drinks and treats in the lobby area was a nice touch. Awesome location in terms of proximity to Hyde Oark and surrounding area. Would definitely stay there again

This was a very busy and noisy property. The street outside is very noisy and congested. I would prefer a more quiet location.

Elevator was in maintenance all the time, we had to use the stairs. Which is not convenient to travel with a stroller. Some maintenance needed for the room carpet and shower tub as well.

Rooms are getting tired now, require some freshening up. Staff very good Knowledgable about allergies Fire alarm issue on day of arrival

We loved our big room overlooking Hyde Park! The bed and fluffy comforter were so comfortable and we slept great after exploring the city all day! The location in Mayfair, right across the street from Hyde Park is a great place to stay.

Great location near the airport and walkable to Terminal 5. Very clean hotel and rooms with friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value, whilst not a cheap option, it is definitively very good value. The staff were professional and accommodating. They allowed early check in because they had availability. They were friendly. The location is great. The units are great in size for a family, and basic provisions (coffee, detergent, dish soap, milk capsules, etc) are provided. The units are modern and in good taste, some items are a little tired from guest traffic, but, hey some times guests do give the equipment a rough ride! Very clean. The lady at reception is charming, and the cleaning staff are professional. Will be back and recomend.

From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we checked out, everything was impeccable. The service is top notch and the hotel is beautiful. We felt well taken care of and it was a very special trip.

Stayed here for 4 days while touring London. The hotel is so close to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben, and also walking distance to two stations of the Underground. The staff is very kind and accommodating, and the included breakfast has so many options and is excellent. There is a cafe/bar off the lobby too. Definitely recommend!
