Loved the room and beautiful balcony! Breakfast was delicious! Close to downtown for restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Would stay there again!

Lovely hotel. Very impressed with lobby, great first impressions. Staff very friendly. Initially happy with room , bed very comfortable. Hotel room far too hot, despite lowering temperature to minimum, so had to open window… then noise from outside horrendous. Woke up every hour with police sirens and construction vehicles parked outside in street and people shouting. Choice of no sleep from either too hot or too noisy. Would not recommend room overlooking road Schwanthalerstraße.

The spa staff does not enforce the rules of the spa at all. The sauna says plainly on the sign nude area no clothes, some people continue to wear swimsuits making it awkward for the people obeying the rules. I complained 3 times and nothing was done about it. My wife and I will no longer stay at a Sofitel, we will try someone new.

Room was clean, Staff was nice, Close to train station from airport. Hotel is great but unfortunately it's not in the best location.

Excellent hotel a service is top notch from the moment you check in, using the spa, room service, dining, housekeeping, etc. everyone is very helpful an attentive to the needs of the guest. Great location.

Room was very nice, although it felt like the living area and/or bedroom could have benefited from a little more storage. Bathroom was really hot but nicely appointed. Breakfast is outstanding as long as you get there early enough to avoid sitting in one of the back rooms. Servers don’t make it back there very often. It’s amazingly quiet in the rooms - even those facing the Main Street. We were there for New Years And barely heard any noise from fireworks.

When I arrived early, the friendly staff greeted me and I was given a room within minutes. The room was beautifully set up and sparkling clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with various options of hot and cold foods. Meat, eggs, German bread and Brötchen along with cheeses were laid out nicely. There were fruits, vegetables, cereals, coffee, tea, juices...the works! The bar is cozy, the gym and sauna are clean. The hotel is next to public transportation and the area is safe and walkable.

Best location and friendly staff.

Very well priced hotel located close to the center and all attractions. Good staff and very clean. Second stay there and will stay again.
