Hotel is great. Room is great. They just asked you for your address as soon as you check in. It's kind of annoying

It’s a nice boutique hotel but the bed, en-suite & the amenities are not the best. The spa are was dark & unmanned. The staff only show you how to use the massage shower. No physical staff member is present on site & the only cold & hot massage shower available. Terrace is mostly closed during our stay. You couldn't ask for a better location. We could walk everywhere in the center of town and a large bus transit center was just a few blocks away. The suite was clean and spacious. This location really enhanced our visit to Granada!

Just returned from a weeks hols in October 2025, just my and son and a I. Hotels remote, but beautiful. In fairness it was better than good, very good even, just not quite 5 stars. Not many brits here, good or bad make your own mind up. But I would recommend learning sone spanish. Its definitely alpreciated. Buffet food was good, plenty to choose. And plenty of booze too. Would defo recommend to families, couples and anyone else for that matter. To the staff thank you for working hard. And to the 2 pensioners scrapping in the bingo hall. Naughty boys!!
