Nice play to stay at a reasonable price. No laundry or restaurant. Breakfast is available for a decent price.

Not great on amenities but everything else was excellent

The Doubletree Hilton at the Galleria was great! The Front Desk and Housekeeping staff were wonderful and helpful as needed. The rooms were clean, at least on the surface and we had a small issue that was resolved once reported with makeup on a towel and gum on our floor (as if someone just spit their gum out onto the floor near the couch, not imbedded in carpet - probably from the last guests smh), and considering the amount of rooms in this hotel to service during an extremely busy weekend (DreamCon + a big wedding), this was resolved easily and expeditiously. We gave housekeeping 30 minutes to clean our rooms and they did a great job! By the way, it helps to be kind to staff and they will likely be kind in return. I think because I was understanding and didn't have a wack attitude, they were immediately attentive to my requests (Golden Rule!). Everyone was very nice and professional. This hotel is in walking distance to the Galleria mall and a 6 minute drive to the Food Truck Park which we went to 3x during our stay! There are other restaurants that are open late in walking distance or within a 10-minute drive. I would absolutely stay here again!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to leave one. I just went to Houston for the Dreamcon convention and the next time I come back for next year, I will be also staying at this hotel! The staff are extremely nice and friendly. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable! There’s also a Starbucks inside! I will be coming back to this hotel every year for future conventions or just a day trip to Houston! Highly recommend!

Loved the spacious room and on property amenities! Made for a great girls weekend trip
