Very nice hotel. We had a room with balcony and it was fantastic. Nice breakfast and same-day laundry services.

Great friendly staff

The hotel is in reasonable shape, though rooms look better in photos. The location is convenient, but noisy. It is located across a small street from a bar, which plays music 12pm-midnight, so if your room is close to it, you need earplugs. I was unimpressed by the hotel refusing to change my parents’ room to be further away from the bar, despite not appearing to be fully booked. Key cards stopped working every day and needed to be redone. Shouldn’t be a VIP Partner on Expedia.

Charming small, quiet hotel with friendly, accommodating staff.

The staff is very helpfull and smiling all the time, the pool is amazing.. the view frok the room is very nice ..and the asian restaurant serves great food

I had a wonderful stay at River Side Tbilisi Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Tbilisi, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the Old Town area. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Tbilisi. Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back again!
