Gudauri Scuba Diving Vacations

We stayed at Qstay Gratus and the experience was simply perfect! The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed – a full kitchen, washing machine, kitchen utensils and even little treats waiting for us upon arrival. The location is excellent – close to everything but quiet and cozy. The staff was kind, available for any questions and gave a real sense of caring and wholehearted service. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. We felt right at home, and even better 😊 We will definitely come back again and highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and a high level of hospitality!

The hotel was fine except that we had a car and on the website it stated that there was covered parking available, unfortunately there was not. I purposely booked a hotel where I could park my car and was stuck finding street parking. Not easy. You should change the information on the website.

We booked one of two rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and couldn't be used. They moved us to another room at midnight, no assistance. The wifi did not reach our room and we needed to work, so we had to work from the restaurant downstairs during night hours. The breakfast was underwhelming. The service in the restaurant was not great. I checked in a few hours early and was charged for a half day even though the other room that was like ours was empty. I complained to Expedia and Expedia did not help.

Very responsive and friendly hosts. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Generally a nice quiet area but plenty to do and eat. Metro is barely five minutes away. Great stay.

Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Staff were friendly. The downhill walk to a part of the city center is good 12 minutes. Good value for money!

Very central location and extremely warm staff. Older facility with no elevator and no on-site parking (which is why I booked this place) - but I was directed to free on-street parking that worked out in the end.

Rent og koselig og vårt rom i toppetasjen hadde flott utsikt fra en stor balkong. Sentral beliggenhet nær sentrum av gamlebyen. Men hotellet preges av manglende vedlikehold. Holder til dusjhode, holder til toalettpapir og holder til tannglass var alle løse, og badekaret/jacuzzi fungerte meget dårlig. Vi bodde der 5 netter og ingen tømte søppel eller vasket på rommet. Dette måtte vi «krangle» oss til.
