Wonderful stay, attentive staff, very clean room. The spa facilities are very high quality and had a lovely massage. Good choices for breakfast. I would certainly recommend staying here, the spa was a particular highlight that is free for guests to use.

Excellent location very nice staff We had an issue upon check-in, but they were able to deal with it and accommodate us. Be very, very careful when booking to make sure that you book the hotel and not the separate apartments.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel River & Spa. The location is perfect, right on the Arno with a beautiful 10/15 minute walk along the river to the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and other main attractions. It made exploring Florence really easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and a calm, stylish atmosphere throughout. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with plenty of fresh options. The biggest positive was the staff. We were visiting for my wife’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special for her. Their kindness and attention to detail genuinely made our stay memorable. Highly recommended - we would definitely stay here again.

We were in Europe, staying at Airbnbs for 2 weeks prior to arriving in Florence and the Bernini Palace. We could not have been happier with the beauty that awaited us! The staff were wonderful, the room spectacular and the lounge bar welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was well laid out with everything you could possibly want and we looked forward to the cappuccino every morning. The location couldn’t have been better, minutes from The Uffizi and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. If you want a truly beautiful Florence experience, I highly recommend staying at this hotel! 5 stars plus✨

We checked in for 4 night We had 2 rooms booked - all 3 had bad drain smell in bathroom and AC was not working in rooms . After talking to staff they gave us 3 new room -AC was working but funky smell on bathroom One room had smell like dead rat which again end up in changing Very poorly maintained hotel Even after paying 600 $ a night we end up in changing room 2 times Carpet throughout the hotel was worst ever and very dusty
