The staff at the Shining Central Hotel & Spa are all extremely kind. They are very helpful and attentive. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well looked after. We used the spa service as well which was great. They make it feel like a home away from home!

We would like to take a moment to leave kind review. We had an absolutely wonderful time on our recent cruise with Celina of The Seas! From the moment we stepped aboard, everything was just perfect. The staff truly made our trip exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. Their hospitality was outstanding! We were also thoroughly impressed with the dining experience. The food was consistently delicious, with a fantastic variety of options that we thoroughly enjoyed at every meal. The journey itself was wonderfully smooth; we didn't experience any seasickness, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing voyage. Our Executive Suite with the private balcony was an absolute dream – having that personal space to unwind and take in the breathtaking ocean views was such a luxury. We truly loved every moment of it and felt completely relaxed and refreshed. The activities on board were also a lot of fun and really added to the overall enjoyment of our vacation. We had such a memorable and positive experience. I would enthusiastically recommend Celina of The Seas Cruise to anyone looking for an incredible and relaxing getaway! 💞

Very relaxing and hospitable

I was really looking forward to this experience and was quite underwhelmed. There were tons of rubbish floating in the bay, and I know it's not the organisers fault but, it hindered our experience. There is no way you can go and swim in the water as one of the activities planner suggest. Also all of the other activities are planned at exactly the same time, not sure why, as other boats making it crowded super turisty and not very pleasant. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean and all the stuff lovely. No complaints there. It's also great to wake up with a view of the rocks shooting down from the ocean (just don't look down). Food, I'm 50/50 about. The dinner was good, not great, lunch and breakfast underwhelming again. Desert I suggest fruit only. My friend ordered a coffee that we had to pay a fortune for and it looked and tasted like dish water. Vietnam has so much delicious food on offer and what was served was pretty pedestrian. Everything on board was ridiculously expensive. Massage, drinks, snacks. I would suggest bringing that with you. Overall I guess it's one of those must do in Vietnam but for the price we paid for one night stay I can't say it was worth it.

The staff here are so caring and friendly. They offered us a room upgrade to facilitate our heavy luggages and different exclusive services during our visit in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Superb location, clean and enough room for 4 people easily in a room. Angela was particularly helpful and kind. Recommend here for a good stay in Hanoi. Close to Train st and Hoen Kiem Lake.
