Great location to Parma and Modena, nice boutique hotel would definitely stay here again

Large room and bathroom. Breakfast included was good. Front desk staff could have provided a better welcome and explanation of amenities like breakfast etc. Also, not very helpful with dinner recommendations. Overall the hotel was good for the price and walkable to city center.

Great hotel! We had a wonderful experience! Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast foods could offer a larger variety, including fresh fruit, but otherwise everything was great.
We enjoyed the convenience and proximity to Malpensa Airport and the shuttle service was excellent.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times when visiting Verona
It is ideally situated only a ten minute walk to the amphitheatre and other tourist spots within walking distance
The staff are always very helpful , hotel facilities are good

The room did not seem clean. However, while we were having breakfast, I accidentally left my handbag behind. The staff member serving breakfast took the time to bring it to the front desk, which was very thoughtful and kind of her. Thank you!
