Even for a budget hotel, this fell short.
All carpets need a serious deep clean, everywhere was just a bit shabby.
Our room was large but needed massively updating and cleaning. It smelt of stale smoke. Broken lights, chipped wood, makeup stains on the bedding.
Staff were very unhelpful.
The one saving grace according to my children was that there was a pool table in reception. However, they were told they weren't allowed to play on it as they were under 16.
Stay here with great caution. It's close to parc asterix but there are much better options for a similar price.

Close to all the “major sites” in Paris. Two block walk to catch most buses to the sites. Has great air conditioning. Restaurants near by.

Chambres (une spacieuse, une petite) avec climatisation indépendante, au calme et donnant sur jardin/cour intérieure, partageant une entrée/petite cuisinette bien équipée avec petit comptoir à trois tabourets. Facilité de check-in/check-out. Sauna sur demande. À proximité de la ligne 3 de métro (station Gambetta à 550 m et station Porte de Bagnolet à 500 m). À proximité de petits commerces et restos de quartier. Lacune : absence de cafetière.

The staff was excellent! Wonderful people and very helpful.
One young man at the desk helped me retrieve my cellphone that I left in an Uber by contacting Uber help and translated for me.
Overall a most comfortable stay and friendly staff.

Cute and clean small hotel in the 9th arr about a 15m walk to the Palais Garnier and 15m walk to Montmarte. The service is friendly and accommodating. The rooms were small but expected for Paris. The breakfast service was good and a nice way to start the day.
