Staff were good but room outdated ,internet wasn't working ,Tv not working ,Microwave .rusts in the fridge,chairs .I mean i get it .Wasnt expecting 5 stars but i was kind of disappointed

All the staff was so friendly and caring. The music that played throughout the resort, the food in resort represented the Dominican culture. I felt as if I was with family! The resort was very cleaned. I truly enjoyed my stay and will be returning

This hotel is clearly aiming to deliver a five-star experience, and there are some genuinely excellent elements — beautiful rooms, an exceptionally comfortable bed, and consistently kind, well-intentioned staff. Unfortunately, my stay was affected by a number of small but recurring issues. The hotel app and room service menus were often inaccurate, and there were several maintenance and inspection issues that shouldn’t occur at this level. Dining was inconsistent: friendly service throughout, but cold food on one occasion, limited or misleading menus on others, and room service orders that didn’t match what was advertised. The spa treatment itself was excellent, but important information wasn’t clearly explained upfront. Despite the number of issues raised during my stay, no gesture of goodwill or compensation was offered beyond apologies. With stronger attention to detail and clearer communication, this could be an excellent hotel; at present, the experience does not consistently match five-star expectations.

Is amazing , I felt I got value for my money. Staff is amazing, food at the buffet was good , changeing every day , asian fusion was bad and steak house steak was not too amazing but the restaurant and service was amazing. Few tips : When you take a shower put a towel by the door othwise you will flood the bathroom, when making a reservation with the concierge make sure he/she takes a picture of the reservation with you phone and if you have the grill down by the pool make sure you tell the chef to change the taungs as he is using same for raw and cooked food. Just go and have fun !

Highly recommend booking through Expedia for special access. The staff was friendly and so helpful. I spent my birthday here and we were treated which such care. Room was clean, facilities was also all clean and there were a variety of activities.
