8/10 Very Good! (10,868 reviews)
Rooms not cleaned and missing toiletries that was supposed to be provided.
Rooms never cleaned or touched up during our stay. Hallways never vacuumed. Not enough towels in a room. No place to hang up towels. No hand towel by bathroom sinks. Problems with our washer. Shower curtain was broke and never replaced. Room looked overly worn. Painted over damaged.
Noticed walking through property to another building looked a lot cleaner. Closest to check in.
Pool area. Water park you had to pay for some stuff even though was considered free with stay. Lazy river was dirty.
