There were extenuating circumstances as to why we couldn’t stay but the staff and hotel was friendly and clean. Would’ve loved to stay if the power was on.

Staff and amenities were great! We loved our room. However, it looks like there were some drinks left in the mini fridge from the patron before us. Other than this, we had a wonderful stay.

The Florence room was beautiful & we really enjoyed our stay. Already talking about another visit!

The pool looked nice from what we could see because both on Friday night and Saturday morning it was full of small children, their parents, and instructors we couldn't even get close! When we asked about 5pm at the desk on Friday how long it was rented for, we were told till at least 8pm. Needless to say, we were unable to use the pool our entire stay!

In town for a hockey game and stayed for 3 nights. Weather was in the 70s and the air conditioner in our room wasn't working. We asked to switch rooms and were able to. Air conditioner in our new room wasn't working either. We talked to some other guests and none of them were working, hallways were extremely hot and moist, had to sleep in 80 + degree heat. Also the listing says soundproofed rooms but were able to hear the neighbors being intimate which was disgusting. Not enough positives to outweigh the huge negatives.
