It was such a delight everytime we stay I am always leaving sad we need to leave because it’s so relaxing and such a beautiful venue

I highly recommend Opus hotel, very comfortable rooms and well clean, bathrooms has hit floor, the staffs are very helpful and great service.

I didnt need the air conditioning but the temperature was pretty good.

Stay was great however we did notice some housekeeping details that took away from our experience. There was visible dust in some areas of the room. Due to my allergies it was hard for me To sleep. The head board had noticeable grime on it that appeared to have been missed during cleaning. In a hotel of this caliber those small Details really matter.

Parking is valet only and very expensive, but convenient. All othe aspects were excellent.

Location was great. Instructions were easy to understand. Place was clean for most part. Clean rooms, bathrooms were clean. Horrible odor from fridge. Couldn’t stand leaving it open for long, it stink the whole town home. Also host requested us remove our shoes at door. Feet and socks were black from dirt. Parking was easy, but we were also the only ones there.

Cassandra hotel was great and clean. The hotel receptionist name Handra was so nice, amazing, friendly and helpful. I want to thank her.
