Staff , clean room restaurant great food excellent service !

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Suite and have nothing but good things to say about the rooms. The resort is getting older so they are going to have to invest some of the profits back in to the facilities soon, it is showing its age. The check in process was great as it is all done electronically, there is a staff at the front desk during business hours if you do need something. We were disappointed with the 10:00 am checkout. There is definitely a lack of luggage racks.

Very nice and well maintained hotel, beautiful, spacious and comfortable room with a view on the mountain, excellent hot bath area in the open and sauna and decent gym (even though the addition of weighs and mats would be welcome). The only facility which we miss was an office area where to read and use the computer. However all together really excellent and very good quality for money.

Hot pool was great, our kids loved it. Standard room was a good size for our family (2 adults, 2 little kids and a baby). No problem with parking, although the underground parking was limited. Liked that there is a bus stop right across the street - very convenient. Also nice to have a restaurant on site. Mini fridge is on the smaller side.

Bit dusty and noisy due to renovation. Lots of people in & out of the hotel. But overall, it was an ok hotel

No complaints- exactly what we needed for a night in Calgary before flying out the next day. Nothing particularly special about the hotel. However, rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable.

Great pool and hot tub facilities for relaxation. Recommend for weekend getaways
