The Study was the perfect place to stay while visiting Penn. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean and wonderfully quiet, and our room was very comfortable and peaceful. The location is fantastic, with everything around Penn easily walkable. We also really enjoyed the room service. The food was excellent, and we loved the inviting lobby and complimentary morning coffee. What really stood out was how warm and accommodating everyone was. We felt very well taken care of and would absolutely stay here again. The Study will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Philadelphia. Highly recommend!

I want to personally thank all of the staff. My July 4th vacation turned into a nightmare when I husband suddenly fell ill & was admitted to the hospital for 13 days. Your staff was amazing, supportive & went above & beyond to comfort me & make my stay special during my difficult situation. I can’t thank them all enough & I will forever appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you thank you thank you for the bottom of my heart!

Clean, but super dated hotel. Bathroom needs major update.

The hotel is nice! However we had issues with the television not working. They did offer to move us to another room, but we declined so they gave us free valet.
