Rooms were the perfect size so cozy, the staff was polite and excellent.

Parking was terrible, the valet lost my car key. Bed were tiny I’m pregnant and me and my husband couldn’t fit in it. Fridge sitting on the floor very ghetto. Staff was not very friendly and $36 to park one night at a hotel you’re staying at is insane

The Florence room was beautiful & we really enjoyed our stay. Already talking about another visit!

In town for a hockey game and stayed for 3 nights. Weather was in the 70s and the air conditioner in our room wasn't working. We asked to switch rooms and were able to. Air conditioner in our new room wasn't working either. We talked to some other guests and none of them were working, hallways were extremely hot and moist, had to sleep in 80 + degree heat. Also the listing says soundproofed rooms but were able to hear the neighbors being intimate which was disgusting. Not enough positives to outweigh the huge negatives.

Had a power outage for six hours at night so room got cold. Staff offered no compensation at all, not even a complimentary snack or discounted food or anything. Also had to evacuate because of a fire alarm the next day. Staff when we checked out were very dismissive when we brought to their attention when they asked how our stay was. Room and facilities were okay, they just can’t handle out of the ordinary things very well.
