Excellent location, friendly staff, great room with views

Staff were more than welcoming and helpful. They were always ready with a smile and went above our expectations with storing our luggage, finding great restaurants and getting our transportation set up for us. The rooms were very clean, well stocked, comfortable and roomy. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a centrally located hotel in Seattle in a clean, safe area.

It was a great to receive a voucher to dine at the restaurant on the grounds. Clean and easy to get too.

I was told i would not have to pay for my stay and uet o still am batteling being treated with respect. My stay was i trusive, i was being stalked, harassed with noises in my room, and hacked.

First of all the pictures from the hotel posted online ate NOT actual. Those pictures either are edited or very old. For what I paid for this hotel I expected more than old furniture, rundown towels, and old fabric curtains and the rugs are so old they are fading away. The stench of cigarette in the hallway to the room is nasty and the internet doesn't work in the third floor. When I requested help for this the answer was this is an old building so there is nothing we can do about it!!! I was livid after having booked a room for 3 nights for over 1k!!!!

Everybody was very friendly here. Location is perfectly situated in downtown area. The restaurant Bistro Adler inside was exceptional.

Staying at The Belltown helped to make our Seattle experience so much better. The staff was so helpful and told us about the City Pass. The location is a short walk to so many attractions. We’ll be back for sure!

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel. The check-in was easy, staff very friendly and the room clean and comfortable. I found out that I had left my watch there accidentally too which they helped me recover. The staff were very helpful.
