All of the staff from the door people to the cleaning personnel to the front desk and restaurant servers were so friendly, patient and ready to help when needed: ie Excellent customer service. They made us feel valuable as special guests at the hotel. The AC worked perfectly fine. Did not go to the bar so no comments. We will stay there again for sure. Drs Vo and Huynh

We fully enjoyed our few days at this hotel - the beach facing huts have all required facilities and are very clean and well maintained. The staff were attentive and keen to help. The beach and sea were lovely, and it was easy to get transport to various parts of the island to explore more widely.
