"It’s best to go off peak. We had a wonderful stay in early September. The staff was excellent. We booked one excursion through the hotel which was amazing! We did another excursion with Gerald. He is great! All in all we had a great vacation in Costa Rica!"

It's long overdue....it was very dated like from the 70's, the door keys kept deactivating, the TVs would have English speaking channels one day and then it would be out the next.
