The hotel itself was pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming, and we appreciated the overall quality of the experience. Unfortunately, the night was seriously disrupted by a group of guests who were having drinks on the terrace directly beneath our room. These drinks were being served by the hotel bar, and the conversation continued loudly well into the night. The noise only stopped after I called the reception at 4:40 a.m., meaning we had to endure more than two hours of loud chatter. It is extremely disappointing that such a situation was allowed to happen. Allowing guests to gather and socialize noisily under occupied rooms in the middle of the night is simply unacceptable for a hotel of your standing. I hope you will take this feedback into account to ensure future guests do not experience the same inconvenience.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Exceptional design!

Ismail is to be highly commended for his great customer service and efficiency. He helped our daughters change room when their toilet didn’t work. Their room was also showing some wear and tear in the sofa. He showed concern about the situation, and was great in handling adverse situation such as an irate mother. The other room (husband and mine)was wonderful, though. And the daughters’ room, once it was changed to another room was good, too. Another employee who was to be commended was Alvin, who was always smiling and helpful. Will stay again at Le Chatelaine if we were to be back in Brussels.

Great location and our stay was fantastic.

Everything was great just the stairs if someone have kids, it’s gonna be a little bit tough but everything else was great. They have amazing stuff and helpful starting with the front desk and the cleaner
