Very comfortable hotel convenient to Westbahnhof and from there Stephanstrasse and the airport. Easy tree-shaded walk to palaces, monuments and lots of restaurants. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet and well appointed. GREAT SHOWER!!! Excellent breakfast buffet

I was disappointed with the room; while very comfortable, looked a little run down, dusty and found some bugs that looked like silverfish. When I told front desk, she said they were everywhere because of rain. No apology. I stayed at the Leo Grand, 2 weeks before, no bugs. I also would not choose location again. Not convenient for getting around. The rooftop bar was excellent.

It was a beautiful boutique hotel. It's location was close to everything. The staff was most accommodating and it also had a very luxurious spa. I loved this hotel and would recommend this to everyone looking for accommodations in Vienna.

Rooms are spacious with luxuriously large beds. They set up a crib with sheet for my baby as well. The air conditioning was so good we had to adjust it because it was so cold (a nice problem to have on a hot weekend in the summer). From the bell man to the concierge before the trip, everyone was wonderful. This hotel really stands out for the charm and customer service. We loved the breakfast as well!
