Everything was great but the beds were harder then rock

No towels in the pool. No slippers or toothbrush if required. No coffee machine. All of these available in other comparably priced hotels. A security deposit against damage is unacceptable. Nobody else does it and even though the delay in returning, Is within a few days of checking out, it is still unacceptable. That aside the room we had was large but looking a little worn. I would not return.

Few shops nearby. Very hard to check-in. Left luggage in storage last day. No one at counter to return it to us. Missed Uber. Had to call manager to get baggage back. Would not stay here again.

Very helpful friendly staff. Great breakfast choice. Pool sunbeds could do with an update. Easy wallk to tyhe Opera House. Plentry of shops restaurants and bars nearby.

They came through in a pinch with a last min room. Very nice facility, thoughtfully put together, cute, quirky, but still practical and not over the top.

Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops nearby. Excellent views of the harbour, great to have a balcony to enjoy the view and people watching in the area

The rooms are well appointed and bright, newly decorated and very clean. The staff is so welcoming. The location is great with lots of dining options. There is a store nearby for snacks. The breakfast was very good and fresh. Highly recommend.
