Check in staff were rude. They told multiple customers to wait, and then let others check in. I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. I’ve been fortunate to travel to around 50 countries and stay at about 20 different resorts, but this one truly stole my heart. It is by far the most beautiful place I have ever experienced, both inside and out. From the moment you step into the reception area—absolutely mind-blowing—you can feel the magic of this resort. Everything is spotless; it’s so clean you could eat off the floors. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. A wonderful stay. We stayed on the resort side. The junior suite is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The basement fun zone is great, with video games, ping pong and a pool table. The swimming pools are lovely, don’t forget a swim cap though you can also rent them. The food is good though expensive.
