Airport shuttle must be pre booked. Breakfast was good. Train station is very close.

No air conditioning! So hot! The room never cooled off. Couldn’t keep windows open due to risk of birds getting in the room. Lowest bed I’ve ever experienced. Staff was great. Water taxi pickup on checkout day was great! Private transportation services can’t use their dock, only companies the hotel arranges. Breakfast hours started late for tourist with early tours.

The hotel is very close to San Marco square with easy access to vaparetto, water taxi, and tour of the basilica and palace. The mattresses and bedding should be upgraded.

The room felt very old and not worth the high price. I honestly don’t understand how this is considered a 4-star property. You expect a romantic Venetian stay, but the atmosphere is far from romantic - it feels tired and outdated. The hotel has a large living room, but it feels more like a museum than a palace, the kind of place where you’re afraid to touch anything. The hotel clearly needs major renovation. Breakfast was disappointing—closer to an American motel buffet than authentic Italian fare, with no healthy options at all. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but it doesn’t deliver on the luxury or charm it promises.

A beautiful spot on the water. Breakfast area was lovely. You could sit at the windows looking over the canal. Our room was very nice and staff kept it clean and fresh each day. Lovely big shower. Staff responded to concerns quickly. They were not able to fix our tv for us (but we didn't really spend time in the room anyway). Breakfast staff was friendly although the night time person at desk for key retrieval was not friendly and was always 'screening'. Also please ensure you have the city tax payment in cash on check out, as we were not allowed to add it to our bill and pay it on our card (although we did do that in Verona). The ATM in the hotel charged an exorbitant exchange rate for the cash payment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent and personal service. We like the spa SL though it is extra but we think it is good value. We are going to other QC hotels soon

Great premium option

Best hotel ever! Staff helped me with water taxis & taxi cars in a prompt manner. Everyone was so friendly. Bar drinks were amazing. Room was big and clean. Will be staying here again next time :)

The property was beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Great staff and amazing historical hotel.

Amenities are excellent. Free coffee, mini croissants in the morning, and frizzante machine were the highlights. Great location and gym downstairs.

We only stayed one night. The room was very clean and worked for what we needed. The Mercato is right across the street which was great to try different foods. This place was a little hard to find and it is right next to the bus station. But overall it was great and the staff was very friendly.
