Fantastic stay. Super clean, super modern, super nice hotel room...the only thing that sucks is the accommodation fee, or whatever it's called for when you check in and there's a stupid fee you have to pay. I already paid for the hotel stay, I shouldn't have to pay even more money for no reason. Luckily I had already heard about that Japanese hotels do that, because if I hadn't heard about it, we wouldve chosen another hotel that doesn't make their paying customers pay a stupid fee on top of the hotel fee.

Very nice and clean Room !

Great pool, on the upper scale so limited splashing with kids in it. Yet great pool and staff. Also great dinner buffet. Excellent choices and felt very high class buffet. Room for 4 was perfect and spacious. Proximity to the Kyoto station including a shuttle to the train station.

The rooms were very clean and well organised, loved the supplied toiletries and the onsen.

The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Always greeted us and there were umbrellas you could borrow on the rainy days. The room was nice and clean. The washer had instructions that made it super easy to understand. We also loved the area as everything was about 10 min walking!

Don't let the messy reception area fool you. This is a great place to stay in Kyoto! Fantastic proprietor, large clean room and comfortable beds. It's a great choice for a budget hotel and gives you everything you need for your stay.
