The breakfast was a buffet and the bar wasn’t open for anyone not eating the buffet. The hotel property is clean, in a great location and I would definitely stay again. The pizza is amazing!

Excellent apartment. Quite big with laundry in the room. Very nice employees. We forgot our phone cables and they were nice enough to send them to us to Kyoto. I recommend that gem to anybody who likes big, safe, clean, and modern space during their stay.

The check-in staff were not very friendly and did not explain any of the amenities of the hotel to us. The lounge staff were also kind of snobby. They did not even direct us to the breakfast buffet area. I had to ask where the orange juice etc were at. The room was exceptional though. It extremely clean and the view was just incredible.

Amazing room, amazing people, definitely made my trip luxurious as possible.

This hotel is a gem. Impeccable in every way, it does the Japanese culture of attention to detail proud!
