Great boutique hotel. My only negative would be the bed could have been better

This was my second stay at Hotel 115 - I came back because I loved it last time. Although everything I loved was still in place, my room this time was very small. This time I was travelling for business, and really could have done with a desk. My bad for not checking. My other issue was I arrived quite late (8pm - which they knew), on a very cold night. There was no heating on in the room - it would have been a nice touch to have turned that on, even on low.

Excellent value for money with a great location, easy free parking on site. Would defiantly stay again

Was a nice modern hotel, well appointed. Restaurant downstairs was a real treasure with fantastic food. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff. Very accommodating. Great room. Talented bar staff. Didn't stay for dinner but restaurant was filled with locals for bfast, which tells me food must be great.

We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located hotel. We didn't have a car and we could walk to Cathedral Square, New Regent Street, Te Pae Convention Centre, Hagley Park, restaurants, etc. Our room was clean, spacious, and well--equipped. The hotel has a gym and small cafe. Highly recommend!
