Good location and everything is ok. Just not great. Very dated rooms without modern USB outlets etc. There’s better out there for the price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to public transportation and easy to walk from. Yummy coffee in lobby.

I was allocated a fairly spartan disabled room on the ground floor looking into a laneway. The sirloin served at the bar was one of the toughest steaks I've eaten in a while. Overall the place just didn't live up to expectations.

The Hotel was conveniently located for the things we wanted to do. The check in was easy and the rooms were clean. We had breakfast at the cafe and the food was nice. We were also pleased that there was parking on site. Overall we had a great experience.

Quick check-in, friendly staff, clean room. My only complaint was that the bed itself was really soft which offers very little back support. Apart from that, everything else was very good.

It’s a great hotel, very comfortable and clean and the staff were excellent. The 10pm building evacuation was not fun. Upside managed to get myself out of the room from bed to street in very quick time. The signage for evacuation whilst under pressure was not easy to follow. This the only area for improvement and why I’ve given an average rating.

Excellent place for us to use as a base for vivisting Sydney for a short holiday. 5-10min walk from Redfern railway station meaning it was easy to move around the city.
