Beautiful and quite nice and very well cleaned

Overall nice but extremely small countertops - made the kitchen very hard to use. The kitchen implements were missing and not thought out well. Room was very quiet which was a positive. Room was well furnished besides kitchen. Staff didn’t seem on the same page with room service. Poor communication.

The best accommodation we have stayed in whilst visiting Central Florida. Houses are large, private pool area & jacuzzi was a bonus. Local area is great for morning walks & feels well maintained. Highly recommended.

Incredible!! So peaceful, staff was exceptional and went above and beyond during our stay. The Lagoon was so fun and beautiful, we already can’t wait to come back with our kids!

Being a Florida resident we go to Disney often and have stayed in almost every nice hotel both on Disney property and off. After we found the Waldorf we haven't stayed anywhere else. It's perfect. We love the hotel, the grounds, the dining etc. It's also considered a Disney hotel so you get to go early to the parks and they have convenient and free shuttles to take you to the parks or Disney Springs. Also it's newly renovated (not that it was needed) and they did a wonderful job with the refresh!
