Loved this resort! I want to come back already

Quiero compartir mi experiencia para que otros huéspedes estén informados antes de aceptar esta charla de ventas en el hotel. Lamentablemente, fue una experiencia muy incómoda y desagradable. Desde el inicio, dejamos claro que no estábamos interesados, pero aun así el representante, Iván Estrada (closer de la venta), insistió de manera excesiva y poco respetuosa. Su actitud fue altamente presionante, haciéndonos sentir incómodos en todo momento. Lo que debería haber sido una simple presentación informativa se convirtió en una situación tensa, donde no se respetaron nuestros límites como clientes. Este tipo de trato no es aceptable, especialmente en un entorno como el hotel donde uno espera relajarse y disfrutar. No recomendaría a otros huéspedes asistir a esta charla. Definitivamente no vale la pena pasar por una experiencia así.

Very nice resort, clean, pools very nice. Staff not as friendly as other resorts we’ve visited. Food was disappointing. Every restaurant had a dirty mop water smell. Restaurants were often closed which led to very minimal lunch and dinner options.

To start with off, after arriving at the Cancun airport, outside looked for the Lomas travel reps they where very easy to find. The where very pleasant, took us right over to the shuttle point and in no time we where on our way to the resort. Upon arrival at the resort we where greeted by friendly staff and shown to the check in desk in the amazing lobby. After finishing the quick check in, a beautiful ride thru the resort to our swim-up suite. The room was amazing, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The resort was amazing so clean everywhere we we went, every one of the staff who we encountered during our stay was a pleasure to talk to and was so helpful. The pools where so enjoyable and the swim up bars and bartenders where great. Every restaurant and every meal was great. The staff in the restaurants made sure everything was perfect and where so friendly. Lomas Travel handled our transportation to and from the airport and made trip seamless. This was a second honeymoon for us and our stay was amazing, everything about the El Dorado Royale was top notch. The resort is so well kept, great staff, and so beautiful. We are already planning our next stay and are so looking forward to it. 5 stars all the way

Staff was amazing like ABSOLUTELY amazing , food was amazing in every restaurant, so many activities to do. The only thing me and my gf didn’t like so much was the fact that we had to ask them multiple times to clean our room and give us extra towels, slippers, water, or change the bed sheets. Otherwise, everything was so perfect especially the restaurants and the buffet ( it had a lot of variety of foods and very clean)
