The property is beautifully designed and rooms are new and very clean.
However, the air conditioner in the room was not working too well. Also the front desk was hard to reach after a certain point.

Bed frame make creaking sounds when moving around and the bed leaned slightly to one side. They stuck me in a room in the back of the building on the 4th floor which was super noisy from the large industrial AC/fan units so avoid that when checking in, if you can.
Out of all the staff i encountered, only 1 was rude and they were a waiter at the restaurant but everyone else was excellent.

We lost a diamond earing and they were draging us from person , with no help. The house keeper was not even questioned and not called to chekk what did she clean or was it taken or dropped and sucked in the vacuum. Two days of hassle and no help
