By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Staff were amazing!!! No details left unturned. Anything we needed they assisted with. Room was beautiful as well as the entire property. It is in the heart of the city by all the areas you want to be near or easy access to the public transit system.

Everything was great would definitely recommend and stay there again, our room was amazing and clean.

The AC was excellent during the heat wave. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, excellent quality and variety, the kitchen staff are lovely, very kind. They were even able to provide us with a bagged lunch as we would be missing breakfast the morning we left. The staff there are truly thoughtful and want to make your stay in Vienna a great one. The location Is excellent, very easy to either walk to attractions or take the subway and the nearby naschmarkt has plenty of options for snacks and meals. Definitely will be back in the near future. Vienna is an absolutely amazing city with friendly people!

I was disappointed with the room; while very comfortable, looked a little run down, dusty and found some bugs that looked like silverfish. When I told front desk, she said they were everywhere because of rain. No apology. I stayed at the Leo Grand, 2 weeks before, no bugs. I also would not choose location again. Not convenient for getting around. The rooftop bar was excellent.
