Beautiful building and amazing location! I always stay in this area and finally stayed here at the Canopy. I will be back!
The parking garage was slightly annoying with the tickets but that’s nitpicking.
Bed - 3/5 you could tell the bed was a little older and slightly less comfortable than many others I have slept on
Price was right and everyone on staff was amazing!
Overall I will be back every time I’m in Minneapolis!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. When checking in, there were a lot of people, but only 1 person working the desk and he was also trying to train a new associate. This young man, curly black hair and mustache (I didn’t get his name) was the saving grace of this whole experience. He went over and above and was very professional with the checking in chaos. The major downside was there was no AC in the rooms. Each room was over 75 degrees with the hallways being extremely warmer than the room. Luckily the windows opened up a little bit.
