The riverside location was so good, DFO and restaurants were a 5 min walk. Even though we had issues with our tv the staff were so polite and attentive and did everything they could to fix it. In room dining was good but not great. Pool, spa, steam room and sauna were awesome and with an equally awesome view of the city. Overall me and wife loved our stay and it made our anniversary so much more special.

We loved staying here, it was clean and very comfortable. The tram is right outside, casino a short walk up the road. So easy to get to all of the CBD shops.

Having stayed here before, the view and ease of public transportation to city was great and worth returning to.

Has everything you need for a short stay. Only thing I didn't like was the shower water pressure was a bit low but that's probably a building issue.

The property has a great vibe and the rooms are very nice. Very roomy and extremely clean. The rooftop bar was awesome.

I enjoyed the proximity to lots of restaurants and shops.

Convenient and comfortable, the staff were fabulous. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately check in was incredibly slow but i do not know if this was due to expedia or the hotel, The room had a dirty pair of underwear left when we arrived so clearly not serviced very well. Although breakfast was in the booking each morning we were queried and asked for proof. Worst though we had a wallet go missing with little done to see if the room was accessed. Overall not a great stay but in reality the hitel itself is reasonable

Room was fantastic, very modern with a comfy bed. Location was excellent, right in the heart of Melbourne. We had a great stay as a travelling couple and will definitely stay again.
