Lovely people, from the front desk to housekeeping. Just super kind and helpful. This is a wonderful spot in a perfect location. Close enough to the chaos, but not too close.

Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc).

The hotel was beautiful and our room was very nice. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. I was impressed by the fitness center which, in my experience, is usually less than stellar in most hotels. The staff we encountered were friendly, but not generally forthcoming with information. There are multiple elevator banks to get to different floors, the parking garage, and the attached high-end shopping center so that was a bit confusing. Parking was not explained to us upon our arrival and we had to ask a few people for more details. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property. Just be prepared to ask questions and do some exploring to enjoy all that it has to offer.

2nd stay in just a fee months location is great if you plan on being in the french quarter close to everything

Very good hotel at a reasonable rate. Great location, convenient parking. The wine bar is a hidden gem. Stayed here with my wife and daughter on a weekend trip.
