Nice room! King bed, with TV and then a sitting area with a TV.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were really friendly. The breakfast and happy hour are a great plus. Only down side it was not quiet outside, however what do you expect downtown Chicago. This wouldn’t keep me from staying again!

Loved the location. Fitness room was a little disappointing because it’s small and the there are only 2 peloton bikes, but one was out of commission.

The internet in the room was unstable and didn't connect at all for any of our devices (we tried 5). Also, heating in the room and hot water in the bathroom was ineffective and needs to be inspected. We liked the breakfast and easy access from the Hotel to the main touristy spots in Downtown Chicago.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff seems like they are being forced to work there and hate their jobs. Also, the coffee maker in our room was broken. When we asked for a replacement, we were told there is nothing they could do. We could tell by the empty lot that the hotel wasn’t sold out. Why not take one from an empty room? I used to work for a hotel that really cared about the guests. No wonder this hotel is empty. We will not be staying again nor will we recommend this place.

Beautiful room. Well appointed. love the ambiance. Ashley Cartagena was very helpful with reservations!! Great location. Do not eat here, food is not good especially for the price. Rooftop bar view is cute but cocktails not great, I would skip them. There are dozens of cute coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars & shops all steps away. would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean! It’s in a great location and we enjoyed our room a lot! I took off a point because when we asked for fresh towels, they never came to our room and we had to ask again. But overall very comfortable and pleasant stay!

Very clean big rooms and bathrooms. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was very big with a lot of variety. From a location standpoint, the property is close to everything you want to do in Chicago.
