Clean, friendly staff

By far one of the best properties I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I've stayed at my fair share of luxury hotels and this definitely tops the list. The view from the harbour-side room is incomparable and definitely well worth it in my opinion. All staff were excellent throughout the stay and accommodating. The hotel itself has a very unique artsy decor and is definitely a unique experience. Shout out to a staff Candace Li, she was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The best interaction with a hotel staff I've ever had. Stay here in Hong Kong, you will not regret it!

Stayed in the sea view room, the view is excellent. Although the interior of the room is a bit dated, generally is clean, with clean bed linens and towels, no smell. The shower leaks water into the floor, but the staff are quick to fix. There are transport available to nearby suburb Tsuen Wan, where there are huge shopping malls. Also free hotel shuttle to nearby MTR stations. In general is good value for the price, would stay here again.

Great location with a beautiful view and quiet rooms. However, the hotel feels dated, and the Wi-Fi connection is very weak in the rooms.

Nothing fancy but comfortable, friendly staff, room is clean (except the side entrance rug is little ragged) convenient location close to Nathan road, plenty of restaurants near by, I might be coming back again.

This place was amazing. VIP treatment from the very start. The room was excellent. Very comfortable, clean, and plush. Just what I needed after a long flight. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great location!!!!!!The staff are incredibly friendly, and the property is absolutely beautiful. I totally recommend it. The only downside is that on Sundays, there can be a crowd of people camping outside on the street, which might be a bit of a culture shock for some

Convenient location and close to Tin Hau station. Lots of eateries nearby. Staff are friendly.
