0K room at a very good price in a good location. Helpful friendly staff. Room had everything I needed after flying into terminal 4 late evening. Would stay here again.

Air conditioning in many rooms not working, was not informed until arrival. Promised portable air con and fan. When arrived back at hotel none available. Other guests leaving because of temperature of rooms moving to other hotels at own expense. We then were given portable aircon at about 23.30. This was very loud and not very effective as no ice. Staff did everything they could were very professional. Managed to get partial refund as we had payed on arrival to hotel. The room may not have been cleaned and booked twin beds but given one large bed. This was unsuitable and meant did not sleep well. Beware if booking hotel in hot weather.

Very very pleasant place to stay near everything. But you need to be able to walk up the steps loved staying there. I would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

The property very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The property was very centrally located and close to transportation.

I enjoyed my stay at Cleveland Residences Kensington. I stayed here for a week. It is in a great location with two tube stations a short walk away. It is also a short walk to a ton of dining choices and M&S Foods which is a grocery store. There was a code for the front door and for the door to my room. I felt very safe staying here. There was also staff on duty until 11pm every night. Dominique, who worked in the office, was very helpful and kind. He always greeted my son and I with a smile. He made it easy to ask questions and was attentive to the needs of the guests. My room was exactly as described and well appointed. The room was nice and clean when I arrived. I appreciated having air conditioning in the room because it got quite warm on some days. The shower was a little bigger than other places I've stayed in London with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was very convenient to have a free laundry room to use in the building. Not only do I recommend this place to others, I would gladly stay here again if I ever return to London.
