The hotel was in a great location. Easy walk to the City Center
The included Breakfast buffet included many choices. I loved the pretzels.
The car park is not for the faint of heart. You have to put the car in an elevator.
Anita, was one of the desk clerks that was super helpful during the day. However, all the clerks were helpful.
The room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable. Typical European style of bedding.
We would return if we are in Munich again.

The location is practical! It right across a museum that had a jazz show the night I stayed and a walking distance from restaurants, a waterway, and the S ban.
Although the room was pretty well decorated - I was surprised by the double-bed ( not 2 twins pushed together) the TV didn’t connect to streaming and there wasn’t a single hook to hang my robe or towels.
It was a busy weekend and other guests seemed to enjoy all the hotel had to offer from playroom, reading corner, bar and restaurant.
It was nice for a short stay.

The Business Center service is awful and the staff are extremely arrogant and unhelpful. They even gave me the wrong email address to send my documents to, so they can print them. Wasted almost 90 min. Horrible experience.

The hotel had a nice vibe, close enough to be walkable everywhere was within 10-20 mins walk of which was nice, the only problem was the bathroom it was very small and had a fully see-through door that doesnt close to me that wasnt comfortable or private since we were 2 friends that was the only down side
