We were thankful to find a last minute place to stay after our original plans fell through. Despite the late hour, staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was okay with regard to cleanliness… could be better could be worse. My biggest complaint was the odd smell of the room and the black flies in the bathroom-both tolerable but unfortunate.

Wonderful experience! The onsen was the perfect way to unwind, and the staff were wonderfully attentive. Although the cloudy weather meant we couldn't see the stars, the night tour was still an absolute blast. Looking forward to returning very soon for round two!
