Very nice rooms and clean. Staff was responsive. Only thing that was misleading was that clients with stays that are less than 5 days don’t get access to the gym or the outdoor pools. This was not mentioned in the property listing.

Scam, bugs, dirty, host is the worst. I would give this a negative if I could. Don’t believe me? Go check this out yourself. Maybe you get lucky and get one of the better rooms i wouldn’t know because the host isn’t helpful when you tell him problems. This place is a dumpster

I had high hopes for this place since it looks beautiful on photos and advertises itself as THE hotel to stay at in Vung Tau. However my expectations fell short. I was pregnant during my stay and wanted to ensure a nonsmoking facility. However, the lobby area reeked with cigarette smell. Both ladies in my party who are not pregnant smelled the same thing and were concerned for me. When we asked the front desk to confirm again that this is a non smoking facility and about the smell, they stared at us as though we are asking the most absurd question and blankly said “we don’t smell anything”! We asked another front desk member and they said something along the lines of people people can smoke right outside the door so the smoke can escape inside. No apologies whatsoever. Other than that, the rooms are very old and tired. The railings on the balcony completely rusted. Carpets are old. The exterior like patios and outdoor chairs needed much maintenance. Overall it felt like a cheap Las Vegas vibe adorned with cheap plastic flowers from on the walkway from the hotel to the beach area which was very weird. The attempt to be a classy hotel is there but poor execution and customer service. I had plans to return to Vung Tau the following week to go with my family but decided to book another hotel instead. I will not stay here again.

We had a very disappointing experience. Before arrival we were asked to send passport details through WhatsApp, and several messages were later deleted, which raised concerns for us from the beginning. When we arrived, front desk staff refused assistance and directed us to communicate only with the owner/host. We also noticed signage suggesting short-term stays may not be permitted in the building. The apartment itself did not match the quality or presentation shown in the listing photos. The main issue was access and security. On our first night we returned around 10:30pm and discovered the access card provided would not unlock the foyer entrance to reach the elevators. We were locked outside with all of our passports, luggage and belongings still inside the apartment. Security staff refused to assist and we could not contact the host despite repeated attempts. We only regained entry because another resident allowed us into the building around 10:45pm. The following morning the apartment door lock malfunctioned and would not reliably lock or open. A technician attended but appeared unable to repair it properly. At one point he agreed to help us with the foyer access issue, but when the lift doors opened downstairs he ran out of the building and never returned. Due to the ongoing access problems, lack of support and security concerns, we booked alternative accommodation the following day and left the property early. This was the most stressful accommodation experience.
