Very nice hotel, clean, close to train , good places to eat around. Gabriel in the front desk was so nice and pleasant. Gave us a list things to do and food places , went above and beyond. And the places were wao we loved it. Gabriel is a great asset to your hotel. Happy and genuine person. Obrigada!

Bed linen was stained and when i informed room attendant in the hall way she was less than receptive as she just handed me the duvet cover to replace myself

Can’t say enough amazing things about the hotel, location and staff! Very easy walk to different metro stations and restaurants and shops. Welcomed by a friendly and helpful Staff. Everyone from the manager down was ready and willing to help make our stay easy and great! Highly recommend!!

The property is children friendly so great place to stay for families. It is also close to the airport which is convenient but it is little distant from city centre, something to be aware of. It is close to Oceanarium and Science Center which are great venue for kids and great that under 8 child care in the afternoon is included.

Upgraded to the junior suite which was absolutely amazing. Property is spotless and the staff are eager to assist. Would highly recommend when visiting Lisbon!
