Everything was good as expected of 4 star hotel. Property was spacious and clean. Food was OK. All the staff were polite and helpful apart from some staff at the restaurant who were in their own world rather than looking after the guests. I needed to draw attention of the staff many times for my needs as they appeared to have forgotten that I am there.

Great hotel. A real gem hidden in the Kolkata city. We were really happy with the hotel staff, services and the food. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was served with excellent choices. The rooms were very well maintained and great room service.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Kolkata for holiday.
