Booked this hotel for partens as this was close to the US consulate.
The overall experience was not good. Rooms - Bedsheets were not clean, coffee cups in the room has stain marks. Floor and toilets were not clean.
Hotel - Overall lacked cleaniness
Staff - Not helpful or polite. Always looking for tips.
Stay away from this hotel.

It was a wonderful experience at Taj Bengal. The Staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming. We truly appreciated them. Overall, we had a great time. The only problem was wifi connectivity. I hope it will be improved.
