As someone who is extremely selective about cleanliness and service, I can confidently say The Loden sets the standard. From the European-elegance to the incredibly comfortable beds, soaking tub, and city views, everything is beautiful. The location is ideal—just steps away from upscale shopping, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee spots. Above all, the service is remarkably consistent. The staff always greet us with warm smiles, and whenever we visit for a special occasion, they go out of their way to make it unforgettable.

Loved the set-up and how clean the room was! One suggestion to make is to give slippers to guests!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! If you’re debating where to stay, I HIGHLY recommend coming here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room was gorgeous, clean, and SO comfortable, and having access to the pool, hot tub, and other amenities was such a bonus. The location is also AMAZING. You’re barely a 3-minute walk from Rogers Place, making it perfect for events, concerts, or exploring the area. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

After an 8 hour flight, and floundering through 2 international airports, we were ready to relax. We thought it would be easy to find the hotel, but not so. It was 8pm when we checked in. The desk clerk gave us our room cards, and pointed to the brick or stone wall where the elevators were located. It took us a minute to realize we needed to use our cards to get to our room. The doors open on the 13th floor and the first thing we see is a house cleaner; I would expect all cleaning to be done by 8pm. Upon opening the door, I walk over to open the curtains. I wasn't told they open by pushing a button on the wall, so that didn't go well. My view is of the plane parking lot; I'm not impressed. I wanted a coffee; I had to fight with the coffee machine. I couldn't figure out how to get the bathroom light on; no buttons on the wall in the bathroom, so, I was fighting with light switches. I'm not impressed. My husband showered in the dark, because we didn't know how to get the lights on in the bathroom. Breakfast not included in a night room. A view of the parking lot. I also thought there would be a telescope 🔭 included in our room, but nope. I will never book with a third party booking service.. not worth an incentive point. I would have appreciated some instruction on the room, for example: the curtains and the light switches. I'm really not that hard to please,
