Hotel was ok. Not worth the cost anymore.
Pool was a bit dirty. Hot tub jets are barely strong enough to be called jetted. No outdoor seating in courtyard. Tub in hotel room sounded like it could fall through the floor at any moment. Coffee machine was so loud it would wake up anyone still sleeping. Housekeeping neglected to turn off alarm clock and we were woken up by it at 6:00am.
Stayed here 4 years ago and it was MUCH better. You could sit out in the evening at the gas fireplace and the hotel seemed overall more cleaner and "resort" like.
Sad - will probably not be back.

We loved this hotel! So close to the harbour and short walk to see the steam clock. Staff were fantastic, nice pool area, great view of Stanley park from room and le labo products in bathroom. Lovely stay!

Location and price were good. The rooms need update and maintenance. The hotel is old and that is the beauty of it. However, the humidity smell and the cleanliness need to improve.
