The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

This place is a dump. The rooms are ratty. We checked in and our air conditioning did not work and water was backed up in the sink. We went to the front desk and told them and checked out. They said they entered our concerns in the system. We tried to get a refund through Expedia. Expedia called the location and said they would not refund because we did not call engineering. We actually went downstairs and told the person at the front desk. They entered our concerns, but the staff on the phone with Expedia said they had no notes and disconnected the call. This place is shabby at best. The staff does not care and honestly some of the guests we saw there were questionable at best. Much better places to stay.

Non functioning elevator. Buffet breakfast advertised as amazing- omelette without any ingredients options aside from cheese. The breakfast took an hour to come out piecemeal. Next to no service. Balcony view of “ wetlands”
- basically a flat marsh - not attractive. The building is old and the street grundgy. Overpriced for what it is and the location.
