We love here! The beach is in front of the hotel, very easy to access. The pools are pretty nice size, not huge. The room is so clean and nice size, the beds are so comfortable. We love the location as well, it is super easy to access 2 properties so we don’t have to eat everything in here everyday. I wish they have some shower room in the fitness area because our flight is later time so we stayed in the pool after checkout time. That’s the only reason I didn’t like it but I recommend here to stay around Waikoloa.

Beautiful resort that is in need of a refresh. Rooms were clean but dated. Pool area very comfortable and no trouble finding chairs. Especially liked the adult pool with its own bar. Breakfast package was worth it. Great meal at Tide Pools. Would stay there again but please do a refurbish.

I thought the property was very well kept. My only complaints were the pool. It was rather chilly especially as some of the days we were there were windy. Also, we did come to this resort for our honeymoon and did mention this to the front desk during check in and there wasn’t an acknowledgement of this.
