Fantastic locatio, walkable to downtown Kona shops and restaurants. Great view and restaurant. Nice warm pool. Grounds and hallways, etc, were immaculate. Parking was across the street. Everyone was very pleasant. Rooms were large.
The only reason why I didn't give a 5-star review is because our room smelled of mold. As a mold sensitive person, this was too much exposure for me over our 2 nights--likely due to carpeting and the humidity.
